Stargate Universe, Season 1

There was only one bad episode: PAIN, which is aptly named. It was completely awful.

Otherwise, I enjoyed the entire season. I didn't think it was too slow in the first half, which I just read is a common complaint. I thought the military people were too whiny for military people, but I got over it.

I like the serious approach to the show. It's definitely influenced by BSG in that BSG proved that people like serious sci-fi.

Chris has raised the issue "where did the couch and lamp come from?". Good point. I'm not going to ponder it.

I eagerly await season 2.
