District 13: Ultimatum

District B13 was great. It was exciting, had some great fight scenes, and was entertaining from start to finish.

The follow-up is a big let down. First of all, they lost the B in the movie's title, which continues to baffle me. They show B13 in the movie all over the place.... oh, wait... I think I just figured it out. District 13 contains ABCDE, which are the 5 different gangs. The first movie only focused on B. The second movie employs them all. Ah... ok. I feel better now. I can cross that off the complaint list.

The dubbing is very bad, which may have hurt the movie. Maybe it would be better if the dub-acting was better. As-is, though, it's distracting and causes involuntary groaning and head shaking.

Some of the stunts were cool, and some of the fights were pretty good, but it was rarely exciting. I was waiting for it to end almost from the beginning.

It's too bad, but so is the usual course of sequels.
